Ice
Ice controls the power to remove heat and freeze objects and (at high-levels) other living creatures solid.
Unlike Snow, Ice is a close-range ability that can't be used effectively if the user can't get into contact with the target.

Ice Levels
- Can chill objects and other creatures. It would require several hours to give frostbite or anything like it though.
- ?
- Puddles of water (and most other liquids) can be frozen into ice with a few seconds of contact. Such patches of ice can be slippery. Frostbite can develop on living targets within minutes during contact.
- The user can effectively walk on water by freezing the water on the surface, though how long the ice will last after they have departed depends on local temperatures and the conditions of the water. This may not be usable if the water is too chaotic (such as in a storm or whirlpool) or if it is being kept hot somehow.
- ?
- Targets can be frozen solid if the user can keep up prolonged contact, though at least half-an-hour is required to be sure the target is thoroughly frozen.
- Entire lakes may be frozen with a minute's contact with the water, at most.
- Inner-cold protects the user passively from high-temperatures, allowing survival in extreme conditions, hot or cold. This also makes it harder to burn or incinerate the Ice-user with Fire, though they can still be harmed by Fire as an ability.
- The user can now effectively solidify lava and cool other extremely hot materials just by touching the lava or object in-question. However, it is still possible to get overwhelmed and burnt to a crisp if there is too much.
- Touching a target can allow the user to freeze the target solid in a matter of seconds. Instant ice statues.
